Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By signing up for or using Zonuru you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. The Zonuru platform
Zonuru provides a live commerce platform that connects brands with creators and live sellers for live selling campaigns. We manage campaign coordination, order tracking, and commission payments.
3. Brand obligations
Brands agree to provide accurate product information, respond to orders forwarded by Zonuru within 48 hours, confirm fulfilment honestly, and pay invoices by the due date. Brands must have the right to sell the products they list on the platform.
4. Creator obligations
Creators agree to complete their live sessions for the full scheduled duration, follow brand briefings and talking points, post promotional content as agreed, and not accept direct payment from brands outside of Zonuru for campaigns managed through the platform.
5. Commissions and payments
Creators earn a commission on confirmed sales as agreed per campaign. Zonuru charges brands a platform fee on confirmed sales. Commissions are paid every Friday via Mobile Money for sales confirmed in the previous week. Zonuru reserves the right to withhold payment for fraudulent or disputed orders.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Zonuru to sell counterfeit, illegal, or harmful products. You may not misrepresent products during live sessions. You may not attempt to circumvent the platform by transacting directly with brands or creators outside Zonuru for campaigns that originated on the platform.
7. Account termination
Zonuru reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or acts in a way that damages the reputation or operation of the platform.
8. Limitation of liability
Zonuru is a platform that facilitates transactions between brands and creators. We are not responsible for the quality of products sold, delivery disputes between brands and customers, or losses arising from technical issues outside our control.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
