These terms apply to your use of zonuru.com and to our free audits. Zonuru is a brand of Avara Brands, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Zonuru", "we", "us"). By using this website, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Zonuru plans, designs and launches gift card and seasonal campaigns for businesses. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement with each client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
Free audits
Our free audits are based on publicly available information, such as your website and social media, and are provided for general guidance. They are not legal, financial or tax advice, and they do not guarantee any result. Requesting an audit does not create a client relationship or any obligation to buy.
Gift cards and payments
Gift cards for our clients are sold through the client's own booking, point-of-sale or payment systems. We do not process payments, hold funds or issue gift cards ourselves. Each business is responsible for its gift card terms and for complying with the laws that apply to it, including gift card expiration and disclosure rules.
Results
Campaign results depend on many things outside our control, including the business's offers, customers, systems and timing. We do not promise specific sales or revenue.
Our content
The text, designs, graphics and code on this website belong to Zonuru or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, resell or republish our materials without written permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client agreement.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the website, including by trying to break its security, sending spam through our forms, or submitting false information.
Third-party services
Our website and services may link to or work with third-party tools, such as booking and payment systems. We are not responsible for those services or their terms.
Disclaimers
