Zonuru is a live commerce platform that connects brands with creators for live selling campaigns across Africa. We are based in Ghana. When we say "Zonuru", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean Zonuru and its team.

We collect information you provide when you sign up — including your name, email address, phone number, company name, and Mobile Money details for payout purposes. We also collect information about your activity on the platform such as campaigns, orders, and live sessions.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to operate the Zonuru platform, match brands with creators, process orders, calculate and send commissions, send you notifications about your account and campaigns, and improve our services.
4. How we share your information
We share information between brands and creators only as necessary to run campaigns — for example, a brand sees the creator assigned to their campaign, and a creator sees the brand brief and product details. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Data security
We use Supabase for our database and authentication, which provides industry-standard security. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We restrict access to your personal data to authorised Zonuru team members only.
6. Your rights
You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at hello@zonuru.com.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to make the platform function correctly. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your browsing data.
