This policy explains how Zonuru ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you visit zonuru.com, request an audit, or work with us. Zonuru is a brand of Avara Brands, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a free audit or contact us, we collect what you enter: your name, business name, business website, email address, city and booking or point-of-sale system, plus anything you write to us by email.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, to keep the site running and secure. Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts load. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking on this website.
Our gift card pop-up on client websites
Some of our clients use our gift card pop-up on their own websites. It saves a small note in the visitor's browser recording when the pop-up was last shown, so it doesn't appear too often. It does not collect names, emails or payment details, and it does not send visitor information to us. Links in the pop-up include campaign labels so our client can see which sales came from it.

Our clients' customer data
When we run campaigns for a business, gift card sales happen in that business's own systems. Any access we have to those systems or to customer information is only to perform work for that client, under our agreement with them. Questions about how a business uses your information should go to that business.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, form delivery and email
- Authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights and safety
- A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized
Where information is handled
Our team works remotely, so information may be accessed from outside the United States. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is handled.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests and client records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@zonuru.com. Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, you may have additional privacy rights. We will not treat you differently for using them.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
